Substantial completion date for the project. Which means that I'm now free to release all fifty of my subcontractors to get their warranties executed and filed, and their closeout packages completed.
Another proving ground for me too, because my project manager and I've been telling people for months that I don't need someone looking over my shoulder to get this done (it isn't rocket science...really).
