Fully functioning spam filters hand you the equivalent of an answering machine with no blinky lights.

A mixed blessing indeed.

I ate too much yesterday. Should probably not have had the ice cream last night. I think today is going to be as sugar-free and water heavy as I can manage it.

But the snark meter is full, which calms the brain. I can't believe I was two weeks down on ABC Nights! At least hanging with laughingimp and llamachameleon, substitute snark is always available. Savannah with the family? Not so much.

This weekend will most likely be dominated by traffic issues. There's a parade through downtown Clearwater tonight, this weekend is a Cinco de Mayo celebration in Coachman Park, and the main library reopens tomorrow night.

All of which mean that the main access to where I live is effectively cut off.

Maybe I'll amuse myself by making phone posts while stuck in traffic. Now that LJ is allowing me to make phone posts again, that is.

Perhaps I should have gotten to bed at least a *little* earlier last night.
