Good:
I'm exactly on time to get Robin into art classes for the next session at Dunedin Fine Arts Center. Basic sketching for kids is still tightly timed, but if the plethora of drawings she has produced this month is any indication, her lessons last fall were *far* from wasted, and a return trip will be time well spent.
Bad:
DFAC is partnering with CrossGen Comics for a SERIOUSLY cool set of classes and seminars. Artwork, lettering, plotting -- any one of which I would kill to get her into.
The bad part? She only meets the age requirement for *one* seminar.
Which is being held the Saturday we're going to be in Savannah.
*sigh*
Win some, lose some.
Of course it goes without saying that anyone *over* the age of thirteen reading this in this area should check out the classes. Hell, if I had the disposable cash to spend on myself, *I'd* take some of them!
