There is absolutely no shame in more than 13 miles walked! I wish I could do it. Heh...maybe if we are still in Florida next Spring and I have lost more of my weight I could try walking with you all. I used to love riding the trail when I lived in Seminole.
crevette's Y has a hot tub? Damn! I need to make a trip down to that one. That is the thing the Trinity Y is missing...HEAT. And I love a hot tub or sauna.
