Even though we've only seen them for one episode, I'm going to say you're the Mike to my Briggs. I like your Nate/Hardison thing, but it doesn't give you enough credit. Hardison needs somebody to keep him from periodically spinning off the rails, and I don't get that about you at all.
You're ridiculously competent, earnest and eager. I think I help you from burning out and you give me a reason not to be so unrelentingly cynical about things.
